Job Title: On-Site Program Manager
Location: Lexington, KY
Overview: The On-Site Program Manager will provide direct management of the Supply Chain Logistics Program at or near the customer's depot level maintenance facility, and coordinate with AAR program management to meet contractual commitments, improve customer service, and enhance operational efficiency of the program. The On-Site Program Manager will also manage the execution of the contract to ensure compliance within the scope of the agreement and within the company budget.
Education/
Experience: - Master s Degree or 15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General
Comments: Manage the receiving, packaging, handling, storage, issuing, and transporting of all material in and out of Logistics Center. Provide leadership and supervision to on-site staff, prioritize workloads, delegate tasks and responsibilities. Main point of contact with the customer s maintenance and material management organizations. Manage the Quality Control process, and maintain direct custody of all AAR and customer material located at the Logistics Center. Responsible for overall physical inventory accuracy, as well as data record integrity. Background in US Army logistics systems required. Senior rank or 15+ years directly related experience preferred. Experience with US Special Operations Command logistics support processes preferred. All other duties as assigned.
