The position of Manufacturing located in Hebron, KY will safely and efficiently operate twin-screw extrusion equipment to produce pelletized products from a wide variety of thermoplastic resins and elastomers. Candidates must be able to follow written operating procedures and work cooperatively with technical personnel to attain positive results.

The position of Manufacturing will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties:

* Recording all processing data completely and accurately
* Providing process improvement ideas
* Assisting with implementing operational improvements
* Learning to operate a variety of equipment, including extruders, feeders, mixers, and blenders

This position will require working:

Rotating Shifts

*
Overtime

*
Weekends

This position may require:

Short notice call-in

**Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M testing as a part of the selection process.

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year experience in a manufacturing plant environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in single screw and/or twin screw extrusion
* Experience troubleshooting electronic and/or mechanical equipment
