Position:: Project Coach (Bowling Green) Apply for this Job
Summary: The Project Coach is responsible for entry level supervisory duties including administering attendance policies, performance issues, support and development of Customer Care Consultants (CCC), and maintaining project team records.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the staff in the department. Responsibilities include hiring decisions, tracking attendance, approving time off, developing performance appraisals and corrective action/termination requests for approval, and developing and coaching subordinates.
2. Coaches and motivates project team of CCCs to achieve Afni ??s performance objectives and individual/team goal attainment.
3. Assists CCCs and/or responds to escalated calls from customers.
4. Monitors, tracks, identifies, and reports performance trends for assigned project team of CCCs.
5. Maintains CCCs attendance records and completes payroll reports.

Qualifications: 1. A high school diploma and two to six months of relevant experience is preferred.
2. Proven leadership, motivational, and creative problem solving skills are preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills are preferred.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities is required.
5. Previous experience using Microsoft Office products is required.
