Description

Job Purpose:

The Tab Analyst is responsible for accurately transforming raw data into client specified deliverables and ensuring that these deliverables make logical sense, are error free and are delivered in a timely fashion.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

* Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines. Reports regularly on status of projects.
* Meet or exceed on-time and quality expectations.
* Keep all metric data up to date.
* Adhere to client and department standards.
* Create and maintain a positive working relationship with outsourced partners.
* Openly share and develop ideas for improving efficiency.
* Demonstrate ability to successfully mentor and/or train outsourced partners and/or junior members of the team when required to do so.
* Keep up-to-date documentation, procedural manuals, and reference materials.
* Create and maintain a positive working relationship with internal clients by becoming a trusted partner who brings value to the deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Very high attention to detail skills
* Works in a logical, methodical manner
* Ability to think "outside the box" to find creative solutions to problems
* MS Office and Windows experience
* Ability to handle multiple deadlines without impact quality/timing
* Team player who is focused on the overall performance of the department
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* Receptive to constructive feedback and actively works to grow from it

Preferred:

* UNIX Operating System experience
* Knowledge of BASES products and services
* Object-oriented programming experience
