Operational Excellence Coordinator
•Manage root cause analysis for complaint investigation, resolution and response.
•Teach, support and drive continuous improvement (CI) in Baxter UK Operations.
•Form strong relationships and work closely with Operational departments and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
•Apply the series of integrated management and lean principles (EMS) to drive superior results across the Supply Chain/UK Operations.
•Ensure Operational Cost, Quality and Safety are improved and balanced through Improvement Initiatives.
•The Operational Excellence Coordinator works with a team to prepare, train, and conduct process improvement events
Role Responsibilities
•Assist Operational Excellence Lead in the implementation of major initiatives for continuous improvement
•Support line manager in wider EHSS initiatives – across the UK and Cluster.
•Support Operational Excellence Lead in leading/guiding projects both individually and cross functionally and ensure work streams are followed through to completion.
•Complaint handling, investigation and resolution.
•Offer support for team administration and documentation compliance.
•Interaction with all Operational process areas.
•Support and manage the development of Baxter's Enterprise Management System.
•Drive creativity and change within the organization.
•Guide, motivate and aspire process leaders while supporting leaders and process owners in reaching business and financial targets including VIP's
•Support site KPI definitions and KPI reporting.
•Maintain the routine for process training within EMS.
•Support UK Operations in identifying improvements and execution of solutions.
•Support with the creation, development and ongoing tracking of SOP's in collaboration with relevant departments.
Mentor all levels and functions of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools within the division


Trainer skills/Qualifications would be desirable 

•Process driven organizer
•Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
•Confident message delivery
•Communication at all levels
•Self-starter, highly motivated
•Pragmatic and adaptable

Full training will be provided in the role.
