Reqs a Bach dgr in Comp & Info Tech, EE, or rltd & 3 yrs of exp in CRM hi-tech soltns. Mst hve the fllwng exp: wrkng on stratgc IT projs w/in a global org & divrse teams; rqts gathrng, writng bus. rqts doc, use case specs, functnl specs, systms dsgn spec, & As-Is & To-Be scenrios Proc Model; preprng test stratgy, test scenrios, writng test scripts; condctng end-to-end testng by anlyzng the Gaps in the sys, reprtng them in the traceability matrix, & bldg the GAP scenrios as per dsgn spec; SDLC & invlvmnt in all phases of SDLC from analysis & plannng to dvlpmnt & deplymnt; data anlytcs invlvng app migrtn from On Prem soltns to Cloud soltns; dsgnng intrfces for intgrtn of apps; MS Office tools incl. MS Pwr Pnt, Excel, Word, Visio, TFS for day-to-day Bus. Anlysis purpose; wrtng SQL queries for data anlytcs & exctn of test scripts; rprt visualztns tools incl. Power BI & SSRS; wrkng w/ var. databses incl. Hive, MySQL Server, Oracle; undrstndng & exectng basic Unix cmmnds; & wrkng on projs w/ both Waterfall & Agile/Scrum methdlgies. 5% domstc trvl req, 5% int’l trvl req.
