Based in Edmonton, AB, we are  actively recruiting for an Customer Service AdministratorReporting to the Plant Manager, this role acts as a liaison to numerous teams.  It is a great role for you if you don't like routine and want to be part of the action! In this position you will have the opportunity to interact and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Manage the complete order cycle for assigned product lines
• Manage customer orders and priorities
• Contact internal customer with information on projects ( delivery date, Lead times, order status)
• Validate shipment Information and monitor customer supplied material
• Coordinate with order engineering team as required
• Proactively solve problems to ensure complete customer satisfaction  
• Maintain all systems updated and keep ongoing communication with internal functions (Ex: production & engineering
• Support, if needed, production planning (short and long-term)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, College Diploma with relevant experience considered

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Proven ability to interact and lead others in a collaborative environment.

  • Embrace change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process

  • Ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement & monitor for results

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Access

  • Interest and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
